Topics include but are not limited to leadership development, management styles, eligibility guidance, counting and claiming administrative review efforts, and other operational issues. This training series provides the highest management training available specifically for directors, building managers, and staff. Class size is limited to ensure that every participant is fully engaged and allows time for interaction among participants and instructors.
