PREPARING THE NEXT GENERATION OF OUTSTANDING LEADERS Do you lead others or want to lead others in the future? The School Nutrition Association of Michigan’s Leadership Academy is designed for you. This program is a comprehensive leadership development experience for individuals who are newer food service directors or who will be the next “class” of Food Service Directors. It is designed to improve competencies, knowledge, and skills. Topics include but are not limited to leadership development, management styles, eligibility guidance, counting and claiming administrative review efforts, and other operational issues. This training series provides the highest management training available specifically for directors, building managers, and staff. Class size is limited to ensure that every participant is fully engaged and allows time for interaction among participants and instructors.
