Hotel Information:

MDE and SNAM have secured a block of rooms at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Kalamazoo. 

$169/night plus applicable taxes/fees. Click HERE to book a room. **Room block closes on 10/13/2026.

Transportation:

Transportation will not be provided between the Radisson and the Wings Event Center, however there is free parking at the Wings Event Center.

Parking at Radisson Plaza Hotel:

• Overnight self-parking is discounted to $12/night
• Valet parking is available at our standard rate of $30/night, before tip

Business & Industry Partners:

We invite SNAM's 2026-2027 Business and Industry Partners to join us at this year's event! Registered partners are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the event, including general sessions and meals. 

Membership and Conference Registration: To make your experience smoother and more efficient, we’ve combined SNAM Business and Industry membership with your annual conference registration. This streamlined process ensures that you have one less thing to worry about, allowing you to focus on maximizing your engagement and exposure at the conference.

2026-27 Partnership Information and Annual Conference Prospectus:

Membership Levels: SNAM offers all-inclusive partnership levels at various price points. These levels cover all sponsorships throughout the year, and you won’t be asked for additional contributions during the 2026-2027 school year.

SNAM's 2026-2027 Business and Industry Partners receive the following benefits for this year's event:

*Bronze partners and additional B&I attendees are welcome to register and attend at the $300 fee.

Exhibit Show Information:

Join us for the exhibit show on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Director Level partners will have exclusive access from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

Booth Sharing Policy:

Please note our updated booth sharing policy:

• A full booth may be shared by a maximum of two (2) companies if utilized by a Broker. Without a Broker, only one company per full booth is allowed.
• Half booths cannot be shared.
• If sharing a full booth, both companies must submit separate partnership renewals and payments.

Booth Selection Process:

Booth space will be available for reservation (with full payment) on a first-come, first-served basis by partnership level, starting mid October, for Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum Partners, and Gold partner booth selections will follow after. We will email registered partners a link to do so. Silver booths will be selected by SNAM, unless with a broker. Space will not be formally assigned without applicable payment.

Additional Booths:

To increase your visibility, you may purchase an additional booth for $1,850 or participate at the Diamond or Presenting Partner levels.

Electricity: 

Electricity is not included but is available for purchase through the online registration system.

EXHIBIT SET-UP: Exhibit set-up will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday November 6th and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday November 7th. Attendees will begin arriving to the space on Saturday at 12:30 pm and will have the opportunity to visit the exhibits until 3:30 pm.

SHIPPING: Any exhibitor wishing to ship materials to the venue ahead of time should contact Alexis Conklin at 269-488-8154, to coordinate receiving. Fees will apply. Please have everything shipped to the Wings Event Center by Thursday, November 5th and include the following information:

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: Exhibitor’s registration will be open during the setup time, please check in at registration to pick up badges before setting up your booth. 

EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN: Tear down can begin at 4 pm. Please stay for the duration so that all attendees have a chance to visit you. We will donate any left-over food items, so please place any unused items on top of your display table at the conclusion of the event.

PRIZE CONTRIBUTIONS: If you are interested in donating a door prize for our members, please let us know during the registration process. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the conference, and you will be recognized for your contribution! 

COOKING STATIONS: If you require your own cooking space or want to be guaranteed a cooking spot, you can build your own cook station within your pipe and drape booth area or SNAM will be providing up to XX cooking stations for partners that need space to prepare food before and during the event. Cooking stations (approximately 10'x10' each) can be reserved through the booth selection process (October) for $XXX/station. To reserve a station, select a station during the booth selection process (October). A separate invoice will be sent to you via email.
