We invite SNAM's 2025-2026 Business and Industry Partners to join us at this year's event! Registered partners are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the event, including general sessions and meals.
Membership and Conference Registration: To make your experience smoother and more efficient, we’ve combined SNAM Business and Industry membership with your annual conference registration. This streamlined process ensures that you have one less thing to worry about, allowing you to focus on maximizing your engagement and exposure at the conference.

Membership Levels: SNAM offers all-inclusive partnership levels at various price points. These levels cover all sponsorships throughout the year, and you won’t be asked for additional contributions during the 2025-2026 school year.

Exhibit Show Information:
Join us for the exhibit show on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Director Level partners will have exclusive access from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

Booth Selection Process:
Booth selection will be available first to Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum partners starting October 1, 2025. Gold partners can select their booths from October 6, 2025. Silver booths will be selected by SNAM unless with a broker. We’ll be using an online booth selection portal for a smooth process.
Additional Booths:
To increase your visibility, you may purchase an additional booth for $1,850 or participate at the Diamond or Presenting Partner levels.
Electricity:
Electricity is not included but is available for purchase through the online registration system.
EXHIBIT SET-UP: Exhibit set-up will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday November 7th and 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday November 8th. Attendees will begin arriving to the space on Saturday at 12:30 pm and will have the opportunity to visit the exhibits until 3:30 pm.
SHIPPING: Any exhibitor wishing to ship materials to the venue ahead of time should contact Andrew Walden at 269-963-4800, to coordinate receiving. Fees will apply. Please have everything shipped to the Kellogg Arena by Thursday, November 6th and include the following information:
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: Exhibitor’s registration will be open during the setup time, please check in at registration to pick up badges before setting up your booth.
EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN: Tear down can begin at 4 pm. Please stay for the duration so that all attendees have a chance to visit you. We will donate any left-over food items, so please place any unused items on top of your display table at the conclusion of the event.
PRIZE CONTRIBUTIONS: If you are interested in donating a door prize for our members please let us know during the registration process. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the conference, and you will be recognized for your contribution!
PREP KITCHEN: A prep kitchen will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the show. Use of the kitchen outside of this time is strictly prohibited and exceptions are not possible. Additionally, booth space will be available, for purchase, for partners wishing to set up their own kitchen.
COOKING STATIONS: If you require your own cooking space or want to be guaranteed a cooking spot, SNAM will be providing up to 11 cooking stations for partners that need space to prepare food before and during the event. Cooking stations (approximately 10'x10' each) can be reserved through the booth selection process (October) for $475/station. To reserve a station, select a station during the booth selection process (October). A separate invoice will be sent to you via email.
ATTENDEE LIST: An attendee list will be shared closer to the event.
