The MDE-SNAM block at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa has SOLD OUT. There are still Condos available at a higher rate HERE if you would like to stay at this venue. 

We have worked with a few other properties to secure availability. 

• Tamarack Lodge - 4 Star Hotel (8 Minutes from Conference Site) 
  • To reserve call (231) 938-9744 and mention you are with the School Nutrition Association of Michigan and they will provide a 10% discount on their rates.
• The Baywatch Resort - 3 Star Hotel (9 Minutes from Conference Site) 
  • To reserve call 231-943-2800 and mention you are with the School Nutrition Association of Michigan and they will provide a discounted rate.

Business & Industry Partners:

New This Year: To make your experience smoother and more efficient, we’ve combined SNAM Business and Industry membership with your annual conference registration. This streamlined process ensures that you have one less thing to worry about, allowing you to focus on maximizing your engagement and exposure at the conference.

Exciting Membership Levels: In response to your feedback we’ve introduced new, all-inclusive partnership levels at various price points. These levels cover all sponsorships throughout the year, and you won’t be asked for additional contributions during the 2024-2025 school year. We’ve also adjusted the benefits associated with each level, so please review them carefully to choose the best fit for your organization. Here’s a quick overview:

• Silver: Includes a half booth at the annual conference.
• Gold: Includes a full booth at the annual conference.
• Platinum: Includes a full booth at the annual conference, participation in the "Prized Partner Reception" on Saturday of the annual conference with decision-makers, a table at the Industry conference in March, & more!
• Diamond: Includes two booths at the annual conference, a double table at the industry conference, your logo on conference lanyardsand participant tote bags, a 5-minute live speaking opportunity, participation in the "Prized Partner Reception" on Saturday of the annual conference with decision-makers, and more!
• Presenting Partner: Includes recognition as a title sponsor of the Presenting Partners Dinner and offers the highest level of exposure and engagement.

Exhibit Show Information:

Join us for the exhibit show on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Director Level partners will have exclusive access from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

Booth Sharing Policy:

Please note our updated booth sharing policy:

• A full booth may be shared by a maximum of two (2) companies if utilized by a Broker. Without a Broker, only one company per full booth is allowed.
• Half booths cannot be shared.
• If sharing a full booth, both companies must submit separate partnership renewals and payments.

Booth Selection Process:

Booth selection will be available first to Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum partners starting October 1, 2024. Gold partners can select their booths from October 4, 2024. We’ll be using an online booth selection portal for a smooth process.

Additional Booths:

To increase your visibility, you may purchase an additional booth for $1,175 or participate at the Diamond or Presenting Partner levels.

Electricity:

No Price Increases:

In this transitional period with a new Executive Director, we’ve decided to maintain our membership and registration prices from last year. We aim to provide the best experience at consistent rates for this coming year.
