Provide practical application for your school meals program. This will include meal requirements, fed and state regulations, and hands-on group activities.

Class Schedule (must attend all sessions):

  • 10/10- 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm
  • 11/04- 12:00 pm- 4:00 pm
